HR CONSULTANCY

Our HR Consultancy service is designed to ensure that HR professionals have access to external specialists to support their organisation’s menopause priorities.

The Talking Menopause HR Associate team have extensive HR experience in a variety of industries and senior HR roles and provides professional support and tailored advice as and when required.

Examples of topics include but not limited to: Access to HR Associate who can advise on individual employee menopause cases | Advising/providing a tailored Menopause Guidance template | Role-play preparation for individual meetings | Inspiring confidence around having menopause conversations | Discussion around reasonable adjustment options.

 

POST IMPLEMENTATION SURVEYS

Discover and celebrate how far your organisation has advanced in becoming menopause-confident. Talking Menopause's post-session survey comprehensively gauges the successes achieved. Identifying key metrics such as improved colleague support, and greater personal awareness.

Three to six months following our session, we invite you to circulate this survey amongst your team. We will prepare and present our insights and observations, along with any proposed next steps. While ensuring all personal information is kept strictly confidential.
