General Awareness Workshop

Open to all employees, our awareness workshops equip attendees with evidence-based, non-biased menopause facts to facilitate open and confident menopause conversations with colleagues.​

The session helps to understand the importance and impact of menopause in the workplace, enabling attendees to signpost and support themselves and others.

Manager Workshop

A targeted workshop for managers to help increase menopause knowledge and awareness.​

These sessions will give managers confidence to recognise and acknowledge their menopause-related responsibilities, as well as identify individual solutions and enable managers to have that menopause conversation.​ We will introduce potential support routes with practical tips and solutions to signpost them and their colleagues.​
